Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is a broad suite of applications to create and share documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and more. It includes common Office tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook. All Florida Tech employees have access to Office 365 via their university-supplied TRACKS account. Office 365 may be accessed through the cloud or via desktop or mobile applications.

Google Apps

Google Apps is a broad suite of applications for creating and sharing online. Florida Tech employees are provided access to Drive, Sheets, Meet, Slides and more. (Note that Gmail is not included for employee accounts.) Google Apps are commonly accessed through a web browser but may also be accessed through installed mobile or desktop applications.

Microsoft Forms

With Microsoft Forms, you can create surveys, quizzes, and polls, and easily see results as they come in.

Microsoft Power Automate

Power Automate is an online tool to save valuable time and automate repetitive and daily tasks. It helps you streamline, connect two applications, and set a flow to recurring tasks on schedule. It can send automatic reminders and move business data between systems on a schedule.
