Microsoft Forms

Overview

With Microsoft Forms, you can create surveys, quizzes, and polls and easily see results as they come in. Microsoft Forms should not be used for instructional purposes when a grade is assigned (quizzes/tests). Please use Teaching Tools for this purpose.

To access Microsoft Forms, visit forms.microsoft.com, and log in with your TRACKS@fit.edu account and password.
