Before starting this process backup your data (**IMPORTANT**)
The technician will:
- Check the software and hardware to make sure it’s compatible with the new system
- Suggest needed memory and/or hard drive upgrades if needed
In some cases, due to hardware incompatibility with the latest security requirements of the latest operating systems, a complete hardware replacement may be necessary.
What to Expect
Select the Request Upgrade button located on this page to initiate your request.
Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.
A technician will contact you to arrange a good time to do the work. They will offer a loaner computer, if needed, and will return your computer in an agreed-upon length of time.
