Overview

The desktop support staff will facilitate finding documented solutions to requests regarding application features of supported software on supported computers.

The desktop support staff will respond to computer application use questions by referring to documented knowledge base articles, vendor documentation, campus training opportunities, and other online resources.

 Our Knowledge Base includes solutions to common problems and suggestions for best practices and settings for many programs.  If a solution cannot be found there, please submit a request, and we will reach out to you.

What to Expect

Select the Submit Request button located on this page to initiate your request.

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.
