Overview
The Desktop Support team supports campus desktop security configuration and end-point protection software.
Our end-point protection software considers many variables when analyzing a potential thread, including the software being used and also the behavior of it at the time. The customer is alerted via a pop-up window notification when a threat is detected. Sometimes these event detections may be false positives. If you believe your software has been falsely identified as a threat, please submit a service request for exceptions to be configured.
What to Expect
Select the Request an Exception button located on this page to initiate your request.
Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.
