Overview
Every University computer is pre-loaded with standard software configurations: Office 365, Microsoft Suite, antivirus, VPN, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Zoom.
Software outside of this pre-configuration list can be requested by submitting a ticket.
What to Expect
Select the Submit Request button located on this page to initiate your request.
Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.
Please be prepared to provide license codes and installation media, if needed.
