Overview
Windows and Mac computers are configured with a supported operating system, standard applications, account credentials, and settings. Any additional software that may be required can be requested using this form.
Please be prepared to provide licensing information and installation media if applicable. We can provide assistance with software licensing if needed.
Programs are available to the campus community via Software Center or Company Portal. If you have been assigned a Windows computer asset by IT, you can find either tool in your start menu and navigate the list of programs therein. You can freely choose to install any of them on your computer.
What to Expect

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.
