Student Email Troubleshooting

Overview

Every member of the student body is assigned an email address that matches your Tracks username and ends in @my.fit.edu.  If you are having trouble sending or receiving to or from your Florida Tech email, request help here.

What to Expect

Select the Submit Ticket button located on this page to initiate your request.  

Once the request has been submitted, an IT technician will be assigned to it.  They will reach out to you for troubleshooting.

You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.

Next Steps

Keep track of updates to your ticket and engage with IT technician(s) through the confirmation email notification or the Ticket Requests section.
