Reporting if you believe your system is infected with malware (virus, trojan, worm, cryptolocker, etc.)

SSL Certificate Request

IT offers Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates for the purposes of encrypting traffic to and from servers and securing software programs, emails and documents. Servers must be on official fit.edu domain names which are owned by Florida Tech and managed by IT.

Research Computing Compliance

If export control regulations apply to a research project or grant, the principal investigator is expected to work with the Export Control Program (ECP) to develop an appropriate management plan. This service request is to manage export-controlled technology and to reduce the potential for violations of export control regulations through the Technology Control Plan.
