Employee Email Troubleshooting

Overview

Every employee and faculty member is assigned an email address that matches your TRACKS username and ends in @fit.edu.  If you are having trouble sending or receiving to or from your Florida Tech email, request help here.

Audience

This service is available for current faculty and staff.  The request must be made by the intended user.

What to Expect

Select the Submit Request button located on this page to initiate your request.  

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.

A technician will be assigned and they will reach out to you for troubleshooting.

Next Steps

Keep track of updates to your ticket and engage with IT technician(s) through the confirmation email notification or the Ticket Requests section.
