Overview

The List Server provides a safe and easy way to send out massive email communications.  This service request allows authorized users to modify owners and moderators for a specific list.

Owners of a list can do the following from within the List Server:

  • Control list subscription requests
  • Automatically time list subscription renewal
  • Limit the size of email and attachment
  • Filter messages with unwanted or inappropriate content
  • Generate reports about subscribers and the list
  • Configure lists with the wizard
  • Add or Remove subscribers
  • Post messages

Moderators can do the following:

  • Approve subscribe and unsubscribe requests
  • Post messages
  • View subscribed lists
  • Search list archives
  • Filter messages with unwanted or inappropriate content

What to Expect

Only a person authorized to make changes to the list is allowed to submit this service request.  The specific people or groups may vary depending on the nature of the list and the subscribers therein.

Select the Request Update button located on this page to initiate your request. 

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.

Please allow up to a week for the request to be completed.
