Overview
Your FIT account is your identity on the network. You are required to update your password once every 180 days.

What to Expect
Select the Reset Tracks Password button on this page to reset your password. Once you change your password, the change is instantaneous, but please allow 45 minutes for all your accounts to sync with the new password.
Select the Reset Security Questions button on this page to submit a request to reset your security questions. Please allow up to 24 hours for your security questions to be updated.
