Overview
Webex can easily be integrated with Microsoft Teams, to make and receive phone calls, view call history from Teams, and review voicemails received.
Installation
1. To get started, click on Apps from the left sidebar menu
2. Search for Webex Calling in the upper-left search box
3. Click on the Add button
4. You will be prompted to sign in with your TRACKS information; click Sign In
5. Enter your @fit.edu email address
6. Click Accept when prompted
7. The Webex app is now integrated with Teams and is ready for use
