Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to recover a forgotten TRACKS ID. If you have forgotten your TRACKS ID and need assistance in retrieving it, this guide will walk you through the process.
Instructions
1. Navigate to the Forgot TRACKS ID page
2. Enter your ID (90x), First Name, and Last Name.
Click the I'm not a robot checkbox
Click the By selecting this checkbox you agree to receive text messages on your mobile device field
Click Submit
3. Please select how you'd like to receive your TRACKS User ID: either a text message or an email. Click on RETRIEVE USER ID.
It will be sent to the contact information provided in the "Recovery Fields" during the claim process. If only one recovery method was entered, you will receive the TRACKS User ID notification via that method.
4. The notification will be sent to the selected method(s) above. Click on CLOSE.
5. Email will arrive from myaccount@fit.edu, with the subject: Forgot TRACKS Net ID
Text message will arrive from _____
6. Click the link in the email to enter the TRACKS User ID
7. Follow the remaining prompts
