Initial Voicemail Setup
The first time you check your voicemail in Webex App, you're prompted for a PIN. If you aren't provided with a PIN, you can use the steps presented here to help create a PIN or change your PIN if you forget it at any time. While you're setting your PIN, you can also do things like personalize your greeting.

Reset Voicemail PIN
1. Click the following link or open a browser and go to user.webex.com and login using your Florida Tech email address
2. Once logged in, click on Settings, then select the Calling tab, then select the Voicemail tab
3. Then click on Reset voicemail PIN which will pop up a window to enter your new PIN
