Overview
Information Technology provides Endpoint Management services for iOS devices in Intune.
This service request is for resetting iOS devices to be reissued to a new user or resetting locked out devices.
What to Expect
Once you request the iOS reset, please allow up to 24 hours for the device to receive the reset request. The device must be powered on and online in order to receive the reset command.
Please have the iOS serial number readily available prior to submitting the request.
