Overview
This service is used to ensure:
- Proper planning in preparation for an office or department move
- Proper breakdown, setup, and/or configuration of IT assets and supported devices when moving from one location to another
- Proper tracking of IT assets and supported devices
- High-quality assistance to all parties involved in the move
Furniture relocation requests should be arranged with the Facilities department.
Next Steps
The IT PMO will work with the appropriate IT Director(s) to assign resources and prioritize projects. The IT PMO and/or IT Directors may contact the requestor to help further scope the office or department move request and outline desired outcomes or expectations, due dates, resources, timelines, and budget constraints.
