This service is for general questions on CSGold such as  permission requests, reports, data loading, and support.

What to Expect

Select the Request permission changes button located on this page to initiate your request for adding and removing users from the system.

Select the Request reports button located on this page to generate reports to email.

Select the Request for data load button located on this page to change data sets that are loaded into housing and CSGold.

Select the Request for Support button for all other general support.

Select the Request Meal Plan Change button for all other general support.

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.

Next Steps

Keep track of updates to your ticket and engage with IT technician(s) through the confirmation email notification or the Ticket Requests section.
