Overview
All costs will be billed as full cost recovery for Digital Signage implementation. Pricing will be determined based on the solution selected and the current cost of equipment.

IT will replace equipment under manufacturer warranty that has failed due to manufacturer defect at no charge.

Customers will be responsible for costs associated with repairing equipment, cabling, or other infrastructure when physical damage occurs.

If a Facilities work is needed, IT will work with Facilities to provide additional cost and time estimates.
Rise Vision specifications and usage:
- Display content from various sources, including but not limited to social media feeds and Campus Calendar Event feeds.

Various layouts are available on each display, including dynamic graphics.

User access levels (content editor, content publisher, display administrator, system administrator).

Display groups (allows multiple display devices to display the same content).

Configuration:
The standard configuration is One Display Monitor / One Media Player
- Media player with RiseVision Software
- One 55" display with wall mount (other display sizes are available contingent of location and usage)
Additional configurations can be made available and will impact implementation cost.

Once the report has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.
