Overview

Shared folders: By departmental request. Access to an existing shared folder is subject to approval by that folder's departmental data owner(s).

To request access to a departmental folder or shared drive for users, please submit a service request. 

Please note, the request needs to be filled in by a person that is authorized to grant this access.  In most cases, a user cannot request access for themselves.

Once your access has been granted, please refer to this knowledge base article if you need to learn how to map the drive to your computer.

What to Expect

Click the appropriate Submit Request button located on this page to initiate your request.  

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.

Next Steps

Keep track of updates to your ticket and engage with IT technician(s) through the confirmation email notification or the Ticket Requests section.
