Overview

When computer equipment is no longer useful, we can prepare computers for e-waste, including securely erasing data.

What types of computer equipment do we accept?

  • Computer monitors
  • Laptops*
  • Desktop Computers*
  • Hard Drives/ Flash Drives/ Other Storage Media*
  • Tablets
  • Power Adapters

* = Items where stored data is securely erased or destroyed

What types of items do we not accept?

These items can be taken to E-waste at Shipping/Receiving:

  • Mouse/Keyboard/Other Peripherals
  • Cell Phones
  • Printers
  • Hazardous waste (sharps, damaged batteries, lightbulbs)

These items can be thrown away in the garbage or recycled:

  • Excess packaging (empty cardboard boxes, plastic bags, foam)
  • Non-electronic accessories (laptop/monitor stands, laptop bags)

If any of these items are included in your pickup, they will be declined/postponed until appropriately sorted.

What to Expect

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.

Our team will reach out to you to schedule a convenient time to pickup the disposal system.
