Florida Tech Online students can access Canvas courses within the official start and end dates for the course. Students are not granted early access and do not retain access after the conclusion of the semester.
Students' Canvas accounts may be suspended for non-payment. Check for emails from Student Accounting and resolve payment issues to restore access. Note: Tech Support cannot look at balances or restore accounts that have been suspended for non-payment.
Canvas is a web-based learning management system (LMS) used at Florida Tech for face-to-face, hybrid, and fully-online courses. The URL to find Canvas for Florida Tech depends on the program the student is enrolled in.
ABA Online (fit.instructure.com) students can access Canvas courses within the official start and end dates for the course.  Students are not granted early access and do not retain access after the conclusion of the semester.
Students typically gain access to Canvas courses after they have registered, the instructor has published the course, the course starts within 1 week, and the course did not end more than 1 month ago.
Non-degree-seeking students taking on-demand courses (RBT, CE) can log in upon completing online registration. Log in using the email address used when registering via https://floridatechce.instructure.com.
