How to Access Your Primary Advisor Information in Florida Tech Hub

Objective: Locate your Primary Advisor's contact details within the Florida Tech Hub.

Step 1: Access the Hub

• Web: Navigate to hub.fit.edu in your browser.

• Mobile: Open the Florida Tech Hub app.

• Log in with your TRACKS credentials.

Step 2: Select the Student Persona Depending on your device, locate and select Student:

• Desktop: Located in the menu on the left side of the screen.

• Mobile: Located in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Navigate to Academics

• Click or tap on the Academics tab located at the top of the page.

Step 4: Locate the Curricular Information Card

1. Find the card labeled Curricular Information.

2. Look for the list of details inside this card. Your advisor's information is the last item listed just above the colored tags/chips.

3. If multiple advisors are listed, the first name in the list is your Primary Advisor.

Important Note for Recent Major Changes

If you have recently changed your major, the system will default to displaying your current semester's information. Since major changes often take effect in the following semester, you may need to view a future term to see your new advisor.

To view your new major/advisor:

1. Locate the Term Selector in the top right corner of the Curricular Information card.

2. Click the selector and choose the upcoming semester (the term when your new major begins).

3. The card will refresh to display the advisor associated with your new major.
