Overview

Project storage provides shared, high-capacity file system space for research groups conducting large or data-intensive projects on the AI.Panther cluster.

Key characteristics:

  • Minimum allocation: 100 GB per project
  • Intended use: Large research datasets, simulations, model outputs, and collaborative project data for research groups
  • Default duration: 1 year
  • Renewal: Annual renewal required; renewals must be submitted by the faculty sponsor/PI
  • Persistence: Project storage is persistent for the approved duration and removed after expiration

Submitting a Ticket

Select the Submit Ticket button located on this page and complete the requested information on the form, then select the Submit Ticket button when finished.

What to Expect After Ticket Submission

Once the ticket has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to your Florida Tech email address with your ticket number, the ticket details you provided, and a link to view the status. 

Next Steps

Keep track of updates to your ticket and engage with IT technician(s) through the confirmation email notification or the Ticket Requests section.
