Overview
Use this service to submit an update or hotfix to an online course.
Requirements
Please export the course outline to Word for the class you are updating. Open the outline in Word and turn on Track Changes. Make changes as necessary, save the document in .doc or .docx format, then attach the Word document to the ticket upon submission.
Please do not re-use course outlines with previous edits.
If you are submitting edits for an upcoming term, please take note of the due dates:
- Fall 1: July 15
- Fall 2: September 9
- Spring 1: November 25
- Spring 2: February 27
- Summer: March 31
What To Expect
Select the Submit Ticket button located on this page to initiate your request.
Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number, including a link to view the status of your request.
Next Steps
Keep track of updates to your ticket and engage with IT technician(s) through the confirmation email notification or the Ticket Requests section.
