Overview
Canvas is the university's primary learning management system (LMS). It is used in conjunction with classroom instruction on-campus, for remote teaching, fully-online courses, and various training and communication needs. It is accessed through a web browser. Limited features are offered through Canvas mobile apps. Florida Tech has three versions of Canvas. Most employees have access to fit.instructure.com. Access to other versions depends on individual roles.

Use this form to submit a request to make changes to an Online Learning course.
Please provide the course name/code and a detailed description of the changes needed. Also, provide the date the changes need to be completed, so the Course Development team can triage the requests.

What to Expect After Ticket Submission
Once the ticket has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to your Florida Tech email address with your ticket number, the ticket details you provided, and a link to view the status.
