In order to install Secure Print Cloud, you will first need to install the drivers if they have not automatically been installed.
Steps for connecting to Secure Print Cloud on PC (Windows)
1. To check if the drivers have been installed, press the Windows key on your keyboard and search for "uniFLOW SmartClient" in the pop-up menu. If you see the following, then the printer drivers are already installed, and you can skip to step 4
2. If the printer drivers have not been installed, search for "Software Center" in the pop-up menu
3. Once Software Center has opened search for "uniFLOW SmartClient" and click on Install
4. Once uniFLOW SmartClient has been installed, click the arrow to expand the system tray in the bottom right of your screen and double-click the uniFLOW SmartClient icon
5. If you have signed in to your computer using your TRACKS credentials, then you will be automatically signed in to uniFLOW and will be able to print. In this case, you will see your TRACKS username listed next to User Name.
5A. If it is not listed, then click on re-register. You will be brought to the following window. Check the box to Remember my identity provider choice and then click Continue with Florida Tech Single Sign on
5B. You will be brought to a Florida Tech sign-in page. Sign in with your Florida Tech email address and password. You will be brought to the following screen, indicating that your account was registered successfully
6. You will now be able to print to the Secure Print Cloud. When you wish to print a document, select Secure Print Cloud
First-time Printing to Secure Print Cloud
The first time you print to Secure Print Cloud, there will be a couple extra steps that will need to be taken. Once these steps have been completed, you will be able to print in the same way as the old secure print.
1. Tap your Florida Tech ID card on the scanner to the right of the display
2. Sign in with your Tracks username and password
3. Click Secure Print
