How do I release or delete messages from the Spam mailbox?

To Release or Delete Individual Messages

1. Go to the website https://spam.fit.edu


2. Log in with your email address (ex: username@fit.edu) and TRACKS password.


3. In your "Bulk" inbox, select the checkbox next to the item that you want to release or delete.


4. Select Release or Delete

  • The email will be sent to your inbox if you selected Release. It will be deleted if you selected Delete.
  • You can also choose to add the email sender to your Safe List or Block List by selecting the dropdown menu next to More.


5. To log out, click the dropdown menu next to the person icon in the upper-right corner, then select Log Out.



To Empty the Entire Bulk Folder

1. Go to the website https://spam.fit.edu


2. Log in with your email address (ex: username@fit.edu) and TRACKS password.


3. Hover next to the Bulk folder and click the ... dropdown, then choose Empty.


4. To log out, click the dropdown menu next to the person icon in the upper-right corner, then select Log Out.
