Step 3 - Option 1 - Setting up Scanning Connections (uniFLOW Online)



UniFLOW Online allows for some new paperless scanning features such as the following:

  • Scan to your OneDrive or Microsoft Teams
  • Scan to your own campus email or to another campus email account

Be sure to read the Step 1 - Setting up uniFLOW online article prior to following the steps below.

Setting up Connections for Scanning

1. Open a web browser and navigate to

2. Click Continue with Florida Tech Single Sign on

3. Enter your TRACKS information, if prompted

4. You will then be taken to the uniFLOW online Dashboard

5. Within the list of Notifications will be several options labeled "Connect with ..."

6. Click on the Connect link for each of the different ways you would like to scan.  The list of options includes:

  • SharePoint
  • Exchange Online (Email)
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Google 

7. When prompted, click the Authorize button

8. Enter your Florida Tech email address and TRACKS password

9. Click Sign in

10. Choose whether to stay signed in by clicking Yes or not by clicking No

11. Click Close once you receive an authorization message

12. Repeat steps 6-11 for all the various scanning methods, as many as you would like

13. Now you have the option to access all the various methods you chose right from the multi-function printer/copier/scanner/fax machine
