Placing Calls

• Facilitates calls internal and external to FL Tech.

Voicemail

• Accesses Voicemail.

Phone Controls

• Activate and Deactivate Call Forwarding.

Hunt/Pickup Group

• Sign-In and Out of Departmental Hunt and Pickup Groups if Assigned.
